Bylaws

In June 2009, a Bylaws Subcommittee was created from the past presidents of both legacy associations. The subcommittee graciously spent countless hours in thoughtful consideration and dialogue in order to present a comprehensive draft to the Board.

The draft bylaws were reviewed by the associations' Past Presidents and legal counsel and presented to the Board of Directors. Having been approved by the Board, the final step was approval by operator members of the association, which they did on February 9, 2010.

Thanks to the Bylaws Subcommittee, the Past Presidents Council and the Board of Directors for their time and expertise. AHF is fortunate to have such a dedicated group to help us lay a solid foundation for the association.
